    Executive Chef

    A native to Excelsior, Minnesota, Christian started his career out at an early age cooking fish and game with his mother in the kitchen. He took this knowledge to the east coast where he graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont and quickly flourished in the local restaurant scenes. Christian has a very diverse background in the food industry from consulting to running four star restaurants and high volume catering with Wolfgang Puck in Boston, Massachusetts. Christian takes a local fresh approach with the products he uses, with emphasis on classic French technique. Christian gets inspiration from local farmers markets and farms. When not in the heat of the kitchen Christian enjoys hunting, fishing, and enjoying all that Minnesota life has to offer.

  • Susan Davis
    General Manager

    Susan is passionate about partnering with her clients to develop creative culinary experiences that meet their target message and stay on budget. Prior to Bon Appétit Management Company, she specialized in catering and event planning in the hotel industry for 13 years. She’s worked at high-end boutique properties such as The Inn at Little Washington and Nicollet Island Inn, and well-known national brands such as Hotel Sofitel, Radisson, and Scanticon. Since joining Bon Appétit Management Company in 2006, Susan has brought her exceptional service to the Guthrie Theater, Minnesota History Center, Macalester College, and most recently Best Buy. In addition to Susan’s permanent responsibilities, she extends her expertise to special account projects and account openings. This year’s assignments included Disney Studios and Beloit College. Susan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Pennsylvania State University. Susan enjoys challenges in her personal life too, running 10 marathons to date. She clearly has the ability to commit to a project and go the distance.

    Controller

    Jenny has worked for Bon Appétit since May, 2006. She has been at Best Buy since 2010, working both in the back office and out on the floor in Sandy’s Place cafe.
